Flip through the recent issues of fashion magazines and you will find countless sparkling shopping pages and editorials.
“It’s time to sparkle” says Grazia. “Disco diva” says Vogue. “The Glitz and The Glamour” says Elle Collections.
There is no other choice but to blink, wink, shimmer, shine, gleam and flash in the A/W season!
A couple of weeks ago, Antje, a friend of mine, was visiting me and at some point, exhausted after a busy day in The City, we started fooling around, digging in my closet and playing dress up. It was like being 10-13 again. She tried on one of my “recent investments” and fell in love with that flapper sequin dress straightaway …. So I grabbed my camera and let her turn into a shiny butterfly ….
