I am sure you are all in love with Spanish Tapas, tiny food portions full of incredible Mediterranean flavours. One of my favourite tapas dishes is “Pimientos de Padrón.” Those small green peppers, coming from Galicia region, aren’t spicy at all but from time to time you will come across a Little Diablo that makes your mouth breath with fire!!!
Pimientos De Padrón
You will need:
250 g pimientos
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
Preparation:
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium fire. Add pimientos and fry them for aprox. 5 minutes till their skin starts browning and wrinkling. Give the peppers a good shake a couple of times. Season generously with sea salt. Serve immediately as finger food or as a side dish.
